Manual Therapy

Relieve pain, tension, and discomfort due to physical or emotional stress. I will use a variety of techniques, and dedicate most of the time on these areas to approach your goals. Decrease muscle stiffness, joint inflammation, improve flexibility, and strengthen your immune response. Available in 60, and 90 minutes

Prenatal Massage

Focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. Available in 60, and 90 minutes.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Gentle manual technique that promotes the stimulation of your lymphatic system (part of the immune system. It keeps body fluid levels in balance and defends the body against infections). Beneficial in post surgery events, autoimmune conditions, and overall well being due to its analgesic and soothing effects. Available in 60 and 90 minutes.

Cupping

Cupping therapy can be described as negative pressure through suction. Great to treat pain and restriction of movement due to muscle tightness, scar tissue, trigger points.

IASTM (Scraping)

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization is a treatment that uses designated tools to manipulate myofascial adhesions and scar tissue.

We offer manual/massage therapy, prenatal and postnatal massage, and lymphatic drainage tailored to individual needs.

Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the treatment plan and client preferences.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not participate with any insurance providers. However, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

What are your payment methods?

Payment is due at the time of your session. Mend Massage Therapy accepts all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

If you’d like to seek reimbursement through your insurance, a superbill can be provided upon request.
