After earning her bachelor's degree in physical therapy in Colombia in 2006, Diana relocated to the US to pursue her career and further her expertise in manual therapy. She completed her studies at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in 2013 and has since been dedicated to full-time practice. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked in prestigious spas, resorts, gyms, and physical therapy offices. Exploring various facets of the massage industry, Diana discovered that therapeutic/medical massage is her preferred area of expertise. Alongside her medical massage education, she has obtained training and certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) and postoperative massage for reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Her repertoire also includes prenatal, Swedish, trigger point, myofascial release, and orthopedic massages. Diana customizes each session, employing techniques that address both superficial and deeper layers of soft tissue, providing relief to areas of injury or discomfort. As part of the personalized treatment, she incorporates various techniques and tools such as negative compression, heat, vibration, and stretches to enhance and achieve optimal results.
