Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your appointment please call, text or email me. I will reply with a confirmation that your message was received.
I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations are required to be made 48 hrs within your appointment time. You will not be charged.
Cancellations made within 24 hrs of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service.
Cancellations made the same day of the appointment or no-show will be charged 100% of the service.
Arrival:
Please allow some time before your appointment to find parking. (street meter parking in front of the building).
Office space is shared with 2 more therapists. I will ask to kindly keep your voice down, and phone in silence.

In order to provide the best and safe service, I required a health intake form filled out before your appointment.
Please read the following information.
I understand that massage therapy is intended to enhance relaxation, to reduce pain that may be caused by muscular tension or structural imbalance, to increase range of motion, to improve circulation and to provide a positive experience of touch. I understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment, and it is recommended that I consult with my primary caregiver for any medical condition I have. I agree to provide complete and accurate health information about all known physical and medical conditions and medications. I will keep my massage therapist informed of any changes in the future. I understand that there will be no liability on the part of the therapist due to omissions or withholding of pertinent information. If at any time during the session, I am uncomfortable or uneasy with the procedures being administered and/or if I experience pain, I agree to immediately inform the therapist, so that treatment may be adjusted.
